Over three decades, PINAY has brought together domestic workers and their supporters in the struggle for fundamental rights and welfare as they advocate for the socioeconomic rights of caregivers, most of whom are racialized immigrant women living in Montreal. PINAY aims to improve these women’s overall working and living conditions, focusing on their long-term economic advancement and successful social integration.
